2. Orders are executed all around Poland and in selected EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Spain, Holland, Ireland, Lithuania, Latvia, Germany, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Hungary, United Kingdom, Italy).
3. The prerequisite for realising the purchase is filling in the order form correctly (the form is available after adding goods to the cart) or submitting an order via telephone. The same can be done by sending a list of ordered goods together with address details via e-mail to the address: sklep@sklepszostak.pl.
4. All orders are executed within the period of 1-14 days.
5. In particular cases, an employee of the store will confirm an order via telephone or e-mail. The store reserves a right to refuse to execute dubious orders, i.e. orders without an e-mail address or telephone number specified for the purpose of confirming an order.
6. The prices presented on the store website at www.sklepszostak.pl are expressed in PLN and are VAT inclusive.
7. Our offer is updated on a current basis but sometimes it may turn out that the ordered goods are not available in the warehouse (we simultaneously sell goods in a stationary store). If this happens to you, please be tolerant.
8. You will be granted a guarantee of goods return within 10 days from the date of receiving this guarantee, without specifying the cause, on condition the returned goods have not been used, do not carry traces of use, are contained in original packaging and have a receipt attached.
9. Complaints concerning mechanical damage caused during transportation shall be taken into consideration on the basis of the complaint report drafted in the presence of a mailman.
10. The costs of sending the returned goods shall be borne by the customer.
11. In case you return goods, you will receive the money equivalent for the sent goods resulting from the order.
12. We do not accept the return of goods sent against payment. Having collected your shipment, we will transfer money to your bank account whose number should be specified in the attachment to the goods sent to us. In case money is to be sent via postal order, the costs of the postal order shall be deducted from the refunded amount.
13. The seller shall cover the costs of deliveries resulting from errors in order processing on the part of www.sklepszostak.pl.
14. In case of damage to deliveries sent to us the refund shall be decreased proportionately to the damage to the contents, only on the basis of a report drafted in the presence of a mailman. The report shall be presented to the customer for the purpose of a complaint.
15. Pursuant to the act dated 29 August 1997 on personal data protection, personal data is gathered only for the needs of the store and shall be processed only for the sake of the company’s business activity. Each customer has a right to access their data, correct it or demand termination of data processing.
